SuperCollective (“SuperCollective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website.

Information we collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Company or organization
• Information included in a contact form or message

We may also automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, IP address, pages visited, referring website, and general website interaction information.

Material you send us for evaluation

If you send us an export of past runs so we can analyse it, we treat it as confidential material belonging to you, not as website data.

• We use it only to produce the analysis you asked for, and to discuss the results with you.
• We do not use it to train models, and we do not use it to build baselines for any other customer.
• Please redact what you need to before sending. The structure of a trajectory carries most of the signal, so redaction rarely costs you findings.
• Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Where an evaluation goes further than a one-off analysis, we will put a written agreement in place that covers this properly. Email privacy@supercollective.ai and we will send the current draft.

How we use information

We may use this information to:

• Respond to inquiries
• Communicate with people who have asked to hear from us
• Operate and improve our website
• Understand how visitors use our website
• Protect the security and integrity of our website
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

Cookies and analytics

Analytics on this site are off until you turn them on. Nothing is requested from Google or PostHog, and no analytics cookie is set, until you accept the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, we remember the decision and never ask again.

If you accept, the following are set:

• Google Analytics — _ga and _ga_<id>, to count visits and distinguish returning visitors. Roughly two years.
• PostHog — ph_<key>_posthog, to group page views into a single visit. Roughly twelve months.

Your answer to the banner is stored in your browser under sc-analytics-consent. That is local storage on your own device rather than a cookie, and it is never sent to us. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

The contact form is hosted by HubSpot and is gated the same way. On the contact page we tell you the embed sets one HubSpot cookie (hubspotutk), which links your message to your visit, and load it only if you ask us to. Email is offered as an equal alternative, so you never have to accept a cookie to reach us. We do not run HubSpot’s site-wide tracking script anywhere on this site.

These are separate choices. Accepting analytics is not required to use the contact form, and loading the contact form does not switch analytics on.

We use analytics to see which pages are worth keeping. We do not run advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not record your session.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to help operate our website, provide analytics, manage communications, and support other business functions. These providers may process limited information on our behalf in connection with the services they provide.

For this website, they are:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery. Processes request data, including IP address, to serve the site.
• Sanity — the content system behind our writing.
• HubSpot — contact form and CRM. Holds what you submit and what you write to us.
• Google Analytics and PostHog — page-level analytics, loaded only with your consent.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information collected through our website.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. More detail is on our security page.

Breach notification

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information we hold, we will notify affected individuals and any regulator we are required to notify, without undue delay and in line with applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

Children's privacy

SuperCollective is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website and business evolve.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown above.
